There are certain furnishings that make our spaces real places, creating long-term value rather than transient emotional effects. This is the case with Borzalino’s new modular sofa, a forward-looking and highly customizable piece of quiet refinement. Connor’s cushions are lifted from the floor by two solid wood slides, then placed on an exposed leather-covered top, a sort of flying carpet on which open-line seats and shelves functional to the furniture’s intended use are unfolded. The backrest and armrests of this important sofa are full-bodied, modeled to accommodate, support, and protect the human body.

Materials: structure in tubular metal. Padding of backrests and armrests in expanded polyurethane with a density of 40/35 kg/m3, and covered with channeled down feather quilting to ensure clear and constant localization of feathers over time. The feather quilt gives softness and tenderness. Flying seats in polyurethane foam of different densities of 38/30 kg/m3, also covered with channeled down feather quilting. Legs in solid oak wood that can be painted in various finishes or Canaletto walnut.

Price is for the size: 280 x 100 x 80h with frame in brown leather (ref. Amalfi 327), seat and back cushions in white fabric (ref. Fiesole 2) and feet in natural oak wood.
