Delivery time

How long do I have to wait to receive my purchase?

Delivery times vary significantly between brands. Unfortunately, COVID-19 and the Ucranian war has impacted both raw materials and shipping availability and costs. Depending on the brand production+delivery time can take between 3 and 10 weeks. Check the Delivery time link in the footer menu of the store for the delivery time for each specific brand.

Returns

All products can be returned or are there exceptions?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products or items made-to-order. Products for which there are finishing options like different sizes, colors or fabrics are considered to be customized. The majority of our products are included in this category. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before buying it.

How long do I have to return a product?

We have a 14 working days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, however, there are items which cannot be returned. Products for which there are finishing options like different sizes, colors or fabrics are considered to be customized. The majority of our products are included in this category. Are there any specific conditions for a product to be eligible for return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. What should I do in case of returns?

To start a return, you can contact us at support@todehome.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. How does refund work? Do you refund shipping costs?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The shipping cost is not refunded.

Who should I contact in case the item has any damage or defect?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
