Design by Gensler
Both timeless and contemporary, it feels at home in different interiors. The duality of the chair is based on contrasts between hard and soft, static and fluid. It’s almost as if she is tempting gravity with a soft skin that is hanging over a rigid wooden skeleton. Wood is in Bulo’s DNA, so it was an obvious choice to leave the beautifully shaped details visible. Monica is a contemporary piece with vintage look that’s well adapted to the technicality and comfort of today.
